I'm not a certified trainer and I'm not a dietitian.

I'm simply interested in helping others with weight loss.  I will share what I have learned and am confident I can help others with weight control and loss.  I have tried diets ranging from Keto to Vegetarian.  I have never in my life used any steroids and I do not work out like a maniac.  I use the lightest weights in the gym.  If you are serious and need help with weight loss I would like to talk to you and see if I can help you learn a healthy diet and easy workout routine.  I am not interested in any fees and I am offering unsolicited information about my daily process.  I am not responsible for any decisions or actions you take with your diet and exercise.
